Business judgment

Nolan Lavergne · Founder of LVG Systems
I started LVG Systems to make good businesses easier to run.
Most businesses do not need more software. They need the tools they already use to work together, the follow-up to happen on time, and repetitive work to stop landing on the same people.
That is the work I do. I learn how your business runs, find where time is being lost, and build a practical system that fixes it.
Why I built the company
I came to automation through the work itself.
My background is in business finance. After graduating from the University of North Georgia, I worked in roles where accuracy mattered and a small process failure could create a real problem. My work covered billing, cash application, reporting, data analysis, and team leadership.
I saw smart, capable people spend hours copying information between systems, rebuilding reports, chasing approvals, and remembering steps that should have happened automatically. The problem was rarely the team. The process was asking too much of them.
I began building tools and workflows to remove that friction. LVG Systems grew from the same idea: learn the business, solve a real problem, and leave the team with something useful.
What I bring to the work
I understand the business problem before I touch the technology.
The best solution is not always the most complicated one. It is the one that saves time, fits the team, and keeps working after I hand it over.
Hands-on building
Build the solution, not just the slide deck.
I take the work from a messy process to a working system, whether that means a workflow, dashboard, secure portal, or custom internal tool.Clear communication
Make the system easy to understand.
My coaching background shaped how I teach, document, and improve a process. Your team should know how the system works and feel confident using it.Education
